Chef
Gailand Pyke will delight you with his tantalizing
and fresh food creations. Chef Gailand graduated
and received his Red Seal papers from BCIT and
Camosun College in British Columbia. He was awarded
the gold medal in the Vancouver Culinary Salon.
He also attended the Certified Chef de Cuisine
course at Humber College in Toronto. He is a member
of the CCFCC in Toronto as well.
